PB (from Latin plumbum) is the periodic symbol for the chemical element Lead. PB's atomic number is 82 and although it is a heavy metal, it is soft and malleable. PB is a very common, and is extracted from ores that often bear silver.
PB is a toxic substance, so care must be taken with its manufacture, use and application. Historically, PB was used to make pencils. PB is used in the production of gasoline ('leaded' petroleum), batteries, paints, alloys, plumbing and construction, among other things.
This web site is under construction, but if you would like to buy PB, please visit CAgroup or Billing Metals & Manufacturing.
